Community Development

The Office of Community Development (OCD) works closely with campus units and community partners to develop, conduct, evaluate, and generate funding for community programs.  These include recreation, healthcare, economic development,  entrepreneurship, and community development programs.  OCD is also responsible for project management of the Tuscaloosa Consortium for Higher Education, The Neighborhood Partnership Committee, and The Tuscaloosa Ministerial Alliance Faith-Based Initiatives.
