Projects may be related to your coursework or may reflect your personal interest in applying what you are learning as it relates to community work, organizations or institutions. In this way, your abstract will tell us how your work illustrates the goals of community-engaged scholarship, which are the “generation, exchange, and application of mutually beneficial and socially useful knowledge and practices developed through partnerships between the University and the community.” Submissions that showcase community partnerships, community/institutional collaboration, service learning, research, and civic engagement in any discipline are encouraged.
